3 1/2 cups (440g) all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups (360ml) warm water

2 teaspoons sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) instant yeast
Instructions

Activate the Yeast:
In a large bowl, stir together warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy. -
Mix the Dough:
Add flour and salt to the bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon until a sticky dough forms—no kneading required. -
First Rise (1 Hour):
Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap. Let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour, or until doubled in size. -
Second Rise (30 Minutes):
Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan. Pour dough into the pan and smooth the top. Let rise for another 30 minutes. -
Bake:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped. -
Cool & Slice:
Let bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Cool fully before slicing.
